Chiller Description
DLSB 10L-30℃ Laboratory chiller adopts microcomputer intelligent control system. Low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump with low temperature cooling water (liquid) flow or low temperature constant temperature water (liquid) flow, in order to meet the needs of the cooling water and low temperature liquid cooling or constant temperature equipment, such as the rotary evaporation apparatus, fermentation tank, electron microscope, low temperature chemical reaction kettle, electron spectrometer, mass spectrometer, densimeter, freeze-drying machine, vacuum coating machine, reaction kettle, etc.
Chiller Principle
The low temperature cooling circulation pump of this equipment adopts microcomputer intelligent control system. Low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump with low temperature cooling water (liquid) flow or low temperature constant temperature water (liquid) flow, in order to meet the needs of the cooling water and low temperature liquid cooling or constant temperature equipment, such as the rotary evaporation apparatus, fermentation tank, electron microscope, low temperature chemical reaction kettle, electron spectrometer, mass spectrometer, densimeter, freeze-drying machine, vacuum coating machine, reaction kettle, etc.
Troubleshooting
Make sure the refrigerant used is correct. In most cases, more than 97% ethanol solution is required
Refrigerant filling should be kept on the same level with the coil in the liquid storage tank, but not too much or too little
Check whether the compressor has fluorine: ≥30L
It should be noted that when the refrigerant temperature is lowered to the set value by the refrigeration pump, it is forbidden to add any refrigerant to the cold storage.
When the pump runs slowly or the refrigeration is poor, the condenser needs to be cleaned
Precautions for Use
1. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment are normally opened and whether the pressure is in the normal range.
2. Check whether the power supply of each device is in the open position.
3. Before using the cryogenic coolant circulation pump, add ethanol with refrigerant concentration ≥97% to the tank, and the medium level should not pass the refrigeration coil in the tank.
4, check the power supply: the power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, the power supply should have a good "grounding" device;
5, the equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, no obstacles within 500mm around the instrument;
6. Pay attention to the position of liquid level in the tank. If the liquid level is too low, add refrigerant media in time
7. When the equipment is working, the temperature of the inlet and outlet water pipes is high, so do not touch them to prevent frostbite.
8. After use, turn off all switches and cut off the power supply;
9. Clean the condenser regularly to avoid reducing product efficiency due to excessive dust;
