Chiller Principle
The low-temperature cooling circulating pump of this equipment adopts microcomputer intelligent control system. The low-temperature cooling liquid circulating pump provides low-temperature circulating cooling water (liquid) flow or low-temperature constant-temperature water (liquid) flow to meet the needs of cooling water and Low temperature liquid cooling or constant temperature equipment, such as rotary evaporator, fermentation tank, electron microscope, low temperature chemical reaction kettle, electron energy spectrometer, mass spectrometer, densitometer, freeze dryer, vacuum coating instrument, reaction kettle, etc.
Troubleshooting
First pay attention to whether the boot sequence is correct
Confirm that the refrigerant used is correct. In most cases, ethanol solution with a content of more than 97% is required (do not use automobile antifreeze as the refrigerant, as it will damage the life of the circulating pump if it takes a long time).
The filling of the refrigerant should be kept at the same level as the coil in the liquid storage tank, but not too much or too little (too little will affect the cooling effect of the refrigeration pump);
Confirm whether there is fluorine in the compressor: ≥30L
It should be noted that it is forbidden to add any refrigerant to the cold storage device when the temperature of the refrigerant is reduced to the set value by the refrigeration pump.
The condenser needs to be cleaned when the pump is slow or poorly refrigerated (clean the condenser of the pump at least once a week to prevent clogging to prevent the refrigeration pump from being blocked by the condenser and causing the heat to be unable to remove the compressor and causing the compressor to burn)
Precautions for Use
1. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment are normally opened and the pressure is within the normal range.
2. Check whether the power of each device is in the on position.
3. Before using the low-temperature coolant circulation pump, add ethanol with a refrigerant concentration of ≥97% to the tank, and the liquid level of the medium should not pass the refrigeration coil in the tank.
4. Check the power supply: the power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;
5. The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 500mm around the instrument;
6. Pay attention to the position of the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, add refrigerant medium in time
7. When the equipment is working, the temperature of the inlet and outlet pipes is relatively high, so be careful not to touch them to prevent frostbite;
8. After use, all switches are turned off and the power supply is cut off;
9. Clean the condenser regularly to avoid the reduction of product efficiency due to excessive dust;
