To freeze dry food using a vacuum freeze dryer machine, you can follow these steps:

1. Prepare food:

- Prepare the food to be freeze dried. For example, wash and cut fruits and vegetables or squeeze juice, etc.
- Put the prepared food into the tray. Fruit pieces are placed directly into the tray and then the tray is placed into the freeze dryer. There needs to be a gap between the food. Liquids need to be poured directly into the tray in the freeze dryer, and then we push the tray into the freeze dryer. Be careful not to freeze dry more food than the machine can hold

2. Prepare before freezing:

- Place the frozen food into the freezer compartment of the freeze dryer and lock the door. Make sure your freeze dryer is pre-cooled and set up.
- Set the required temperature and time parameters according to the instructions of the freeze dryer. These parameters may vary depending on the model of the freeze dryer, so be sure to consult the user manual of the device for accurate information.

3. Start the freeze dryer:

- Start the freeze dryer to start the process. During the freezing and dehydration process, the food will gradually condense and lose moisture.

4. Complete the process:

- The freeze dryer will complete the work within the set time. When finished, your food should be completely freeze-dried.
- Turn off the freeze dryer and wait for a few moments for the freeze-dried milk to return to room temperature.

5. Storage:

- Store the freeze-dried milk in a dry, airtight container with an oxygen absorber to prevent oxidation and moisture.
