Model Specification

The upper part of the machine is a tableting structure. 11 pairs of dies are evenly distributed on the turntable. The punch die consists of three parts: the upper punch, the middle die, and the lower punch. The tails of the upper and lower punches are embedded in fixed curve guide rails. When the turntable rotates, the punch moves up and down at a constant speed along the curved rail guide. When the upper and lower punches pass through the cylindrical surface of the pressing wheel, the tableting is completed.
