This centrifugal spray drying machine is designed for laboratory use, capable of transforming liquid materials directly into micro powder without requiring pre-drying, filtration, concentration, or crushing processes. It offers broad applicability for various solutions including emulsions and suspending liquids.

The spray dryer operates as a continuous atmospheric drying system, utilizing pneumatic or electric atomization to create high-speed centrifugal spray that forms fine mist droplets. These droplets instantly contact hot air in the drying chamber for rapid drying.

1. Air passes through filtration and heating systems before entering the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber
2. Heated air distributes evenly throughout the drying chamber in a spiral rotation pattern
3. Liquid material is delivered to the centrifugal spray head (atomizer) at the chamber top and sprayed into fine mist droplets
4. Maximum surface area contact between material and hot air enables rapid water evaporation and quick drying
5. Finished powder collects through the bottom collection tube while exhaust gases discharge via centrifugal fan
